We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return:
The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any damage.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, or inserts.
Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or packing slip, must be included.
