This Payment & Billing Policy explains how payments are processed on our website, what payment methods we accept, how refunds are handled, and how we protect your payment information. By placing an order on our website you agree to and accept this Payment & Billing Policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, which includes major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept digital wallet payments including Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your payment information is encrypted during transmission and is not stored on our servers.

2. Currency and Conversion Fees

All transactions on our website are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you make a purchase using a card or account denominated in another currency, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee. That fee is determined by your payment provider and is not charged by Pickleball Sport Life. We do not charge any additional currency conversion or handling fees.

3. Taxes and Duties

Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of U.S. sales tax where applicable. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by your local authorities; these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

4. Payment Authorization and Order Confirmation

When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized and charged upon order confirmation. You will receive a payment confirmation email once your transaction is successfully completed.

If your payment fails, your order will not be processed and you will receive a payment failure notification.

5. Failed Transactions and Refund Processing

If a payment is deducted but your order fails to process, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not charge any fees for failed transactions or order cancellations. 6. Billing Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, billing address, and valid payment method details. Billing information must match the cardholder’s details to successfully process an order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or inaccurate billing information is detected.

7. Data Privacy & Security

We are committed to protecting your personal and payment information. All transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure, PCI-DSS compliant platform. We do not store or have access to your complete card details on our servers.

8. No Additional Fees

We do not charge cancellation fees for failed payments or merchant-initiated cancellations. For return-related fees, if any, please consult our Return & Refund Policy.
