We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return:

  • The return or refund request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is purchased directly from our website (https://pickleballsportlife.com/).
  • The customer has followed the product usage instructions provided on our website or packaging.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any damage.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, or inserts.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or packing slip, must be included.

Procedure Of Return

  1. Return Notification: If you’d like to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help! Just reach out to us at: help@pickleballsportlife.com with your order number & the reason of return. We look forward to assisting you!
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will promptly send you a return shipping label without cost via email for your convenience. 
  3. Use the return label included in your original package.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  5. Drop the package off with the indicated mail carrier.

NOTE: Please be advised that it is essential to obtain prior approval for all returns; any items sent back without this authorization will unfortunately not be accepted or processed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth return process.

Exchange

The most effective way to obtain the desired item is to return the current item in your possession. Upon acceptance of the return, you may then complete a separate purchase for the new item.

Restocking Fees

Refunds
