This Return & Refund Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through Pickleball Sport Life. By placing an order on our website, you agree to and accept this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) must be provided.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, or your order was damaged during transit, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

  • Report any such issue within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photo and/or video evidence showing the issue.
  • Send your report and evidence to help@pickleballsportlife.com with your order ID and description of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back to our warehouse unless you’ve received an approved return label.

3. Change of Mind or Replacement Requests

If you wish to return or replace a product simply because you changed your mind, you may do so under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request the return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Once your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and a designated return address. The return warehouse address may vary depending on your location.
  3. Securely pack your item, seal the box, and attach the provided label before shipping.

Do not ship your return to our main business address unless instructed, as it may delay processing.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

6. Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges are not supported. If you’d like to exchange a product, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired product.
