Condition Of Return

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return:

  • The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any damage.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, or inserts.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or packing slip, must be included.

Procedure Of Return

  1. Return Notification: If you’d like to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help! Just reach out to us at: help@pickleballsportlife.com with your order number & the reason of return. We look forward to assisting you!
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will inform via email for your convenience.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Drop the package with the trackable shipping carrier.
  5. Customer responsible for return shipping cost.

NOTE: Please be advised that it is essential to obtain prior approval for all returns; any items sent back without this authorization will unfortunately not be accepted or processed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

Please check your order right after delivery. If you find any defective, damaged, or wrong items, reach out to us within 48 hours. This way, we can assess the situation and find a solution for you.

Exchange

The most effective way to obtain the desired item is to return the current item in your possession. Upon acceptance of the return, you may then complete a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions/Non Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale & Discount items. And Shipping fees are not refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is complete.
