Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our order processing, delivery timelines, carriers, and shipping terms. By placing an order on our website, you agree to and accept this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States and Canada, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 0 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
3. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
- Order Processing Time: 0 – 3 Business Days
- Transit Time: 7 – 10 Business Days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10 – 13 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons. We do our best to ensure your order reaches you on time.
4. Shipping Rates
- Orders under $149.99: Flat shipping fee of $10 USD
- Orders $150 and above: Free Shipping
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except in cases of shipping errors or damaged/incorrect items.
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable shipping carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS. The carrier is automatically selected based on your delivery location and the most efficient and cost-effective option available at the time of shipment.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website or via our Order Tracking page.
7. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
If you entered an incorrect shipping address or wish to modify your order, you have up to 6 hours after placing the order to request an address change or cancellation.
- After 6 hours, the order may be processed and shipped, and modifications may no longer be possible.
- Once shipped, we cannot cancel or change your address.
- Please email help@pickleballsportlife.com as soon as possible with your order ID for address corrections or cancellation requests.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please report it within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Include your order ID, description of the issue, and supporting photo/video evidence when emailing help@pickleballsportlife.com.
We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
9. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance. We will verify the shipment with the carrier and help you resolve the issue. While we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, we will always assist you in filing a claim or locating your package.
10. Delivery Confirmation
All shipments require delivery confirmation from the carrier. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Pickleball Sport Life is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the shipping address provided is secure and accessible.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy periodically to reflect changes in our shipping methods, carriers, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
