Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only to customers located within Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to addresses outside of Canada at this time.
Order Processing

Handling Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time

Transit Time: 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.
- Total Estimated delivery time based on customer locations: 10-15 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping Costs

Free Shipping on all orders over CA$150.

Flat Rate Shipping: CA$10 for orders under CA$150.
All prices and charges are processed in CAD (Canadian dollar).

Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order using the courier's tracking system.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We’re sorry if your order arrived damaged, defective, or didn’t make it to you. Please reach out to us at help@pickleballsportlife.com 48 hours of receiving your package, and we’ll make it right. To speed things up, we may ask for a quick photo of the issue so we can resolve it as smoothly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Customers are required to provide accurate shipping information. It is advisable to carefully verify your shipping address during the checkout process. Pickleball Sport Life shall not be held responsible for orders dispatched to incorrect addresses that are provided by the customer.
Delays
We strive to ensure timely deliveries, but unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or customs delays may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
