1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers in Canada.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, transit time 7-10 business days and Total Estimated delivery time 10-15 business days after processing. All shipping is done Monday through Friday.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over CA$150 . For orders under CA$150, a flat rate of CA$10 applies.
4. When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed by 5:00 PM (EST) on business days will be processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after that will be processed the following business day.
5. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in its original condition, free from any damage, original packaging, including all accessories, tags, or inserts.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer exchanges. The most effective way to obtain the desired item is to return the current item in your possession. Upon acceptance of the return, you may then complete a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Is there a fee for returns or restocking?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees, and return shipping is free of charge.
8. How do I return a product?
Simply use the prepaid return label included in your package, pack the item securely, and drop it off with the designated mail carrier.
9. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
