Condition Of Return
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return:
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any damage.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, or inserts.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or packing slip, must be included.
