1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers across the United States and Canada.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 0–3 business days, and delivery takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. Shipping is handled Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $150 USD. For orders under $150, a flat shipping fee of $10 USD applies.
4. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped after processing, typically within 2–4 business days. Fulfillment operates during normal business hours, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST), Monday to Friday.
5. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, tags, and inserts included.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. You may exchange items by returning the current item and placing a new order for the desired product. Once your return is approved, you can complete your new purchase.
7. Is there a fee for returns or restocking?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
8. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

10. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
